Just noticed this on one of my boards, its at least 12" long. There is a pretty big gap and its only partially filled with resin. Would you consider this a manufacturing issue? I've had other boards with similar gaps on a smaller scale but this one is the worst I've seen out of like 50+ snowboards

It may be fine and hold together, but not really something you want to see. In my shop days, that is something I would at least ask the company about replacing if possible.

I warrantied a Fish with B for far less than that.  They let me ride it the rest of the season then trade it in for a Skipjack Japan then Branch Manager the following year (long dumb story with happy ending and great customer service).

TLDR--ask the manufacturer.  I would.

But, how old is the board and is it still under warranty?

Its 10 months old and a split that only has 3 days on it. Its a nitro so I assume it should be warrantable? Wanted to reach out to them before it expired

I had the same issue on a Burton Skipjack 152 Japan that was a 2nd, B warrantied right away but I had to pick from the current season at the time.  Worth a shot! Good luck.
