You guys are making me want one. So no reactive flex whatever for 19/20? Sorry, too lazy to investigate now.

The 156 is an odd one in the line. Looking at the specs it has the same running length as a 154 with longer nose and tail. Weird.

Even if it doesn’t have reactive flex, given the rest of the design of the board, I don’t think it is really going to matter a whole lot. It should essentially be the same thing either way, and most people probably wouldn’t notice any difference.

It would be interesting to be able to test the exact same board, one with reactive flex, and one without.

Yeah I saw that, wasn’t sure if it was a typo. Looking at all the sizes lined up next to each other it does look correct though. 161 seems to have the least nose and tail kick relative to total length. Maybe the 156 is the one he rides most and he wanted a little more kick for float?

oh i know that, my 02/03 Gnu Altered Genetics is one of top 3 favorite boards i have ever owned, this is the closest thing to it, if i love it as much as that board, i may start stock piling the nidecker made 159w, i may compare the mothership made version just for the nerd in me
