I'm going to say that I'm put off by the skate kick tips. Give me the Fullbag nose low rise for planing anyday.

biggest win on the 53 and 59 is those tail widths.  So many tapered boards are at or right below 300 which can effect toe/heel drag as much as WW if you're really riding over the back foot and getting low.  Hopefully  the Orca has a nice overall balance of the nose,WW, and tail widths in person with that sidecut and isn't a scooped out lunch tray.  I bet the 53 is an absolute blast.  I'm thinking it may ride like a cross between the Party Platter and the Hyper Kyarve--paging @yukiotokosama! ; )

Let's hope so. The intro of the 59 has thrown me a curve ball because I was set on the 53. Probably still stick with the 53, but the 59 is appealing.

really not a big fan of the angular noses/tails that seem to be the craze of late, but that Arbor Iguchi camber looks bloody good.

I just began a slippery slope today I ordered me a twin pig 157 today first new board of the 2019 season. Hopefully I don't go off the deep end now. I'm currently eye fucking that united shapes cadet 162mw. I'm trying to hold out though so I don't have over lap, but damn she's purdy.

I'm really interested to hear how the Twin Pig rides and how the soft tips combined with the short length feel on tail-heavy landings.  It looks like a really fun option, but I'm afraid I may be prone to wash out/wheelie out on landings with the shorter length.  At the same time, it looks like a spring slush park dream.

Please keep us looped in once you get some time in on it.

59 Horizon should appeal to a few people as an all-rounder especially with the slamback inserts

but only if you ride 4x4 and not mini disc others wise it doesn't work

yeah my nitro's wouldn't work with the insert I think all nitro's are mini disc. union force would work just not falcor, ultra, contact pros or Strada (I think its mini disc)

I was between the 156w and 157 I went with the 157 cause I'm not planning to ride it in pow I've got the 420 and squash for pow. As well as 270ww is plenty for my 11 boots.
