Anyone ridden the current Name Dropper?

Had mine out on two days and was kinda bummed.. I preordered after falling in love with the '17 version.. The 2018 I skipped due to the ugly graphics and then spent 5 hundred on the cool white one with the nail, only to find myself disappointed...

What didnt you like about the Name Dropper?  I was looking to get one but waited too long and now theyre sold out.  Ive ridden the Process Off Axis the past two year and loved it.  Bought the new Process this year and dont like it at all.  Feels way stiffer in the tips, doesnt have the playfulness the OA does.  I was thinking the Name Dropper would be pretty similar since its camber now.

Got to take my AK Velocity jacket out for first time last night. Didn't click in that it was a shell 'til I got on the lift tho, cos I felt colder than I normally would for last night's temp (was -6°C/ real feel ~ -16°C) 😅.

But overall, love how it fits and the colour. Just gotta get used to the anorak/pull over style as this is my first. Would've been even more perfect if it was full zip style imo. But overall, love it a lot.

Wouldn't that be the cyclic jacket lol?

Loll I guess so? First time pulling the trigger on an AK jacket (minus my insulator) so not as familiar with all their models. This colour only came in the Velocity, so had to go with this one.

1000 bucks?

Do I need to put mine in storage while it only has a few dings?

Rode a couple B’s on Friday. Gave the squash a break. DT 57 is a charger! As everyone here has pretty much already confirmed. Fast, Stiffer flex, poppy, stomper. Had Genny's on it. Felt really responsive. Rode a 58 Stun fun fur a few runs. Thing was a hella fun! Would like to have more time on it. 55 is prolly more my size but 58 didn’t feel too big at all. Somebody said they replaced a squash with it? I don’t see that. Both much different flex patterns and feels but I still really dug it. The surprise of the day for me was the Bottom Feeder!  Conditions warmed up and got a little slushy but damn this little thing was the standout! Soft in the nose and tail but solid flex throughout. Can still rail turns but is a ton of fun surfin off that moon tail that has a nice little kick to it.  Had one toeside turn that the nose flexed into so hard, I fought to hold on as the back end came up in the air and kicked around. I realized after the fact I shoulda just went with it and buttered into switch. Some accidental steeze was at play as I was learning the limits of the board. Lol.  It’s also mostly matte black and just looks rad. Had Vitas on that and Cartels on the SG.

Haring DT was mine, other 2 were a friends but yeah I’m buying a Bottom Feeder. Def not just a deep day board. Never really considered it and thought it would be redundant owning fishcuits but nah.
