I haven’t set up the stance yet I just sat the bindings on the board to look pretty for the pic!

But usually I run 0-+5 back and +18-20 front with a 22inch width.

Gotcha, just curious. I hope you love it & keep it! Curious to hear what you think.

The 53 looks real fun. I think I will get the 63 first. Can’t stop squashing.

i had what i'm calling my most favorite non-pow run of all time on saturday at Copper. local shop was putting on a demo day with the burton colorado crew. i was back on the cannon and had this one section of the last run pulling perfect, high speed figure 8s with a goofy footer so we were going right past each other on matching toeside and heelside turns getting nice and low. had me cheesin from ear to ear. snowboarding in general is so much fucking fun, but god damn does that cannon give it a little something extra. need the matching squash.

Yeah but the canon is a bullshit board with an irrelevant, pointless nose and you’re a stupid asshole loser for pretending to like it & lying to all of us!

Employee day at Eaglecrest today, and a few of us got in (they are normally closed tues/weds). Free beerz & burgs! Some seriously slurpy groomers. Still love squash, what a surprise.

Nitro demo on the 7th at Brighton hoping to try the banker if I'm in town and not on a photoshoot for work.  Either way I'm getting a banker and have one on preorder.

Would love to hear a sensible-person's opinion of the Suprateam and/or Pantera if you get the chance on those.

Got a small taste of the squash (153 -only size available). Short run, groomer. Carvy little thing. Holds an edge nicely. Was expecting it to be more agile for its size but the sidecut felt "normal". Later i looked in the specs and found out its in the 8 region.

Also got to "test" (same run as above) a beast/volcom 158. Nothing wrong with it but didn't feel special in any way. On the stiffer side.

On a side note. Nitro bindings are AIDS. The beast had some Unions on it. Those were more AIDS.

Most people seem to agree that it rides bigger, so I guess that’s not surprising. I think it’s more that it’s stiffer and has a steady, downhill temperament, but doesn’t necessarily feel like a larger board.

I wouldn't say that it felt bigger. It felt really stable.

Anyway. Just an initial impression. Not something i'd buy though.

today I was also on my 53 Squash, in a very big, large and long slopes resort.

I felt so good on it; probably today I reached my top speed ever on a snowboard, but this board gives me total confidence and trust.

120% predictable board.

skidding turns since 2011
