I’ve heard a lot about Milligrams breaking pretty easily... Too light = not enough durability.

A MFR with a few changes and some carbon would get you your lighter board and keep the camber under foot, with your taper and SCR needs fulfilled..

I am really interested to see what next year's Ampliid Milligram will look like, too, as it should get a redesign (I'd like to see something a little longer than a 168, but I certainly won't hold my breath).

The Amplid guys have been teasing new proto's of the Milligram.  I got to fondle one of the 19/20 58's that one of the guys I toured with had.  It's damn light and right up my alley regarding the contour and specs.  The availability of the splits are hard and often get sold out early in the season.

This year's quiver, mostly carried over from last year except for the Prior Slasher Split. Still need to mount up bindings. I think I've got way too much overlap in boards haha

I have last year's Creamer (gad I hate that name) 163 split, which is the same shape as the Milligram and it is a sweet sweet ride. Stable, responsive: super happy with it. Except for the gaddamn name, and the crappy Union hooks which I can't swap out for Karakoram clips because they used a super rare thread for the inserts (not-drilled-through type) which Peter himself recommended not to change because he claims the KK's create too much tension which would rip them out…

Anyways, yeah, great shape at least.

quiver1

18-19 Taka 158cm

18-19 Mod 159cm

16-17 BSOD 162cm

The Mod is the daily driver. BSOD and Taka definitely over lap, but I'll bring the BSOD into the park, and I'd probably save the Taka for deep days only.
