every year my work schedule rotation is off by one week for me to be able to make the logistics work...

Have fun!  I'm still hoping to make it one of these times

Considering it. Might fly up to Medford and rent a car. It'll depend on work, weather, and whether a buddy of mine tags along.

I would like to say I'm going to be there, but I don't think it'll happen. Was on Hood all last week for our State finals. Will be in LA all next weekend to watch the Timbers shit the bed on the road & go to Disneyland. However, since my wife's best friend's family lives in Bend it might be an easier sell.

Oh and also, Bachelor has a spring pass for $209 if you buy it by the 31st of March.

From all the places i've seen footage from in the USA i think the one place that i want to ride the most is Batchelor.

Doubt it will ever happen but one can dream 😥

I love bachelor. It’s my other favorite mountain. Wish I could be there!

Why is it better for goofy footers?

As a goofy footer, I'll let you know in three weeks...

Hopefully they keep the course up like in the past, and the public can continue to ride it the following week/weekend.

For whatever reason, the mountain layout really favors goofy fuckers. The natural hits are all toe side & so are the long run out cat tracks that dump you back to chairs.

Yep, I don’t have a ton of experience there, but I can definitely see that. There were still plenty of waves that were good for regular footers, but I would say, if I remember correctly, there were a ton of features where I really wished I had been goofy at the time.

There is some terrrain like that here, where although it is fine as a regular footer, man it would be rad to be goofy and have it oriented to your other side.
