Have been surprised that both Longo and him have not been on an "official" board sponsor.  No hate on Volcom branded decks.

CAPiTA is featuring Arthur Longo in their SUPERDOA product vid, is he officially on their boards, now? I know there was a lot of speculation that his V-Co boards were Supernova’s.

Not sure on that specifically, but he was on a T.Finder + at one point too. Would've been dope to see him join the Korua team, but then saw him riding a Mercury shortly after. Guess he's been testing the waters, now that Volcom team boards are apparently done (a/p Pat Moore's interview on Snowboarder mag).

Blast from the past.

That Arrow goggle is literally an Anon m3. How does that work?

Wonder if the patents or whatever ran out and Ashbury snagged it up?  Seems like a good pricepoint alternative to a mag goggle but I'm assuming the lens tech is not the same.  Really liked my M3s and now my M4s even more.

there are quite a few M3 clones out there, now. the factory must own the design and not B. none of them have MFI connections, though, afaik. that's the real selling point for me.

also, Joe Sexton seems to still be involved (he has a pro colorway, but hasn't been announced on the team yet), maybe he and the stepchild distro dudes picked up the mantle?

Probably all made at the same factory in China.

I think I recall an interview with him where he mentioned they were going direct to Amazon starting this season.

Kazu arrested on drug smuggling charges in Japan. Only actual info I can find is that he allegedly brought in 57 grams last December. So, exactly 2 ounces. Sounds like he admitted to most of the allegations, but denied any intent to sell or profit. Which is pretty obvious… you aren’t going to deal with bringing weed over international borders for only 2oz.

It’s not what I would’ve done, but obviously it’s stupid since we are talking about weed (meaning its possession & use should not should have serious penalties, if any). And he was clearly just bringing it over for personal use. But yes, I recognize that Japan is its own country with its own laws.

Will be interesting to see what happens.
