Boot Laces Slipping
I have a pair of Soloman F3.0s in which the laces lock in by gripping against the plastic locking dealies. mine lock fine when I put them on at the start of the day, but loosen off after a few runs. so they slip a bit. any hot tips? The laces are a normal lace material and I was thinking the coating has worn off a bit. Or the teeth in the locking dealies are worn down a bit. Maybe there's something I could coat the laces with?
Just figured I'd ask before replacing the boots entirely as I'm really liking them otherwise.
Get the tightness set just right. Tie a knot so it rests just above the plastic and cant slip down. Preset boots every time?

will try this, thanks. its the top lock that slips, so the lace doesn't wrap around the lock very much. hopefully it doesn't just pop out
might try replacement laces too, if available.
