Just arrived

1. most comfortable pants ever

2. fit is perfect. If you’re on the fence between two sizes, I’d probably go larger

3. slits wide open, elastic bottom is cool and doesn’t look weird

4. every pant needs this waistband setup

5. most comfortable pants ever

How does the elastic cuff work in relation to your ankle strap?  Seems like the elastic would have to go directly under the ankle strap...which isn't totally rad.  Hope I'm wrong.

With the zipper open, it grips the boot but has tons of extra stretch and plenty opening overall.. fits over my straps fine, but doesn’t “hang” down like traditional pants. Just going over the buckle keeps them nicely in place. I also hate straps over pants

Do you go (elastic) over buckles also?

I think the elastic park might sit just above my ankle strap?

used to be an obsessive pants over straps guy, these allow me to not have to worry about it.

I think part of the allure of pants like these is to stop caring, hah

I remember years ago when it was pants over highbacks without question

I still like “traditional” cuffs, covering ankle strap, highback out... but I dig the look of riders who are folding the ankle gaiter up to create an elastic-bossa-nova look. Ben Ferg comes to mind

I also remember early Holden near-belbottoms , lleaving them unzipped for maximum ankle sag & over-highback coverage, thoroughly shredding the heel material from walking.

Another thing I like is that there is no gaiter.. the elastic cuff has the rubbery grip on the inside. Nice little detail, airblaster.
