^ interesting

3D fish 61 is my favorite for pow. It is flat and does really well on groomers for me, too. In PNW dense pow the Working Stiff has been great but probably too small in super deep light fluff. If Bottom feeder and pow wrench not different enough from panhandler, then possibly wave tracer and deep daze and show stopper from this year. And next year we have Forager. I just see so many boards that are different enough for me. Maybe even the Straight chuter…

Edit: I forgot moon buggy, big gulp, leader board - all different and good for deep pow

but cant seem to find any B boards that are different enough to (justify) buy.

You know there's a whole other world of boards out there besides what Burton makes, right?

@g3greg - it’s the 159. I’ve taken it in pow and it was basically a daily driver for me last year; great all rounder but I definitely enjoy Fish, Stealth, PQ more for pow.

Sizing question for burton ppl.

Hometown hero looking at the 156w vs the 160w at 180lbs, size 11us boot (ions), 6' tall.

Riding everywhere with this one, but have pow boards ofc. Thinking the 56 might be better but might be too narrow for the deep carving.

@ss20 a 160 will work for you but so will a 156w, depends on what you want to use it for.

@ss20 I chose 156w but still no snow. I am a bit lighter and my boots are 9.5

The 160w would work in general, but less so in the steep bumps my home hill gets on some runs. If I were at Whistler, Sun Peaks, Big White I would def get the 160w.

@ss20 My specs are similar to yours 5'11, 188lbs and 11.5 boot. I went with the 160W. haven't ridden it yet though.
