Cool. Will be curious to hear your thoughts on the Instrument versus the Otto. My dream board right now would be something that rails comparably to the Stealth 163 but with slight taper (~10 mm), bit narrower (269 mm waist on the 63 Stealth), and not so aggressively directional. Otto is still bit too twinnish for me, Instrument 63 has caught my eye for a couple years now.

Was slightly tempted by a 54 K2 Instrument I seen all end of season at EOW, but held off. Esp since I'm grabbing the revamped 54 Korua T.Finder this season (mainly cos of the sidecut increase, really haha). But aesthetically, the Instrument looked good this past winter. And the specs were exactly what I prefer, too, so was pretty tempting ngl.

Lol if Korua made the new Transition Finder in a 160 (or better yet a 163), I'd just buy it and be good for 80-90% of days.

@kimchi Creamer 166 specs should be pretty close if 6 mil taper is enough for you. 122 EE, 265 WW, 8.9 SCR.

On topic for this thread:

I have an Alchemist coming my way once it arrives at the store ~early October. Not sure if I will keep it though, since it sounds pretty aggressive in some of the reviews. I found an indoor slope close by where I can test that vs. Berzerker, HTH and maybe Flagship to see what fits best for a daily. Might end up with a Creamer though, that one is growing on me haha

Popped up my radar, but 8.9 m SCR seems little big for me. Dupraz 6' (8.7) feels bit dead unless I break 30 mph, Jones Flagship (9.1) felt like a door unless I was well north of 40.

If the slightly updated specs rides the way I'm hoping, the new(ish) 54 T.Finder will likely be my DD for the season. But will also depend how the Super8 does, once I get some decent mileage on it. I've been riding relatively mellower nowadays, so looking forward to seeing what all the rage is about for the Super8 🙃.
