Yep, he has a pro model for Fullbag and competes on a world champ level, may have actually won before, or at least made podium?

don't follow it but his moves are textbook.  can't imagine anyone better at getting a board edge to edge than those dudes

Only thing missing in that video is a shot of ski lodge cafeteria poutine and my stoke/nostalgia cocktail would be perfect. 🍹🤯

Was just thinking yesterday, Korua basically makes the perfect line-up for assembling anyone's perfect quiver.

(Mine would be Pencil/Dart and Escalator splits, then PT and TF for lift accessed. What would your perfect Korua quiver be?)

Probably updated TF 57 for all-around, spring & sidehits, pencil 64 for all around/freeride, and one of the longer/larger radius boards for carving days. Trenchdigger or something. Escalator split 62 would be rad too.

Think I’d want the Trenchdigger, Otto 53 and Noserider.

What deck is it that you have that has identical specs to the TF?

Super curious

Loll, still waiting on the reply from your first query. Also very curious.

Korua dudes, do I want a 157 Otto or a 161? I’m about 195lbs in size 10s

How do you want it to ride?

For a "twin" it's pretty stiff, with size 10 boots you'll be good to go width wise 100%

I weigh 165-170 and ride the 57. Not crazy stiff, carves and holds and edge nicely, but at my weight it's for sure not jib/butter soft. For you it might ride a bit more that way at your weight, the 161 for you would be stiffer for sure.

Does that make sense?

@pow_hnd yeah I want it to be my daily driver, Im leaning 161. Just didnt want it to be a plank. I was a little worried it might just feel like the wide version of a normal board

I want it to be my daily driver,

How to do you want your daily to ride?

If you want it to be a softer easy riding board, I'd go 157. It won't be crazy soft, but at your weight it will be "softer", I haven't ridden the 161, but I can say there is a noticeable difference in stiffness between my TF 54 & 57, so I would assume that the 161 would have the same noticeable increase in stiffness.

With that being said. If you want it to be your daily and you don't really ride park and or jib. The 161 could be your ticket. Especially if you looking to do some serious groomer carving.

I ride the Otto 57 as my non pow daily driver and love it. Carves awesome, and fun to ride switch. Then ride the TF 54 as my pow daily driver ( resorts )

@pow_hnd man, its a conundrum. In a traditional board, I would take the 161 without thinking twice. I assume there is some sidecut/core voodoo that makes the Korua handle better than a regular wide custom or something similar?

Normally I’d not hesitate to say 61. Only factor leaving it a question is korua magic. But still..
